Trnava developer wants to build apartment buildings and family houses for 110 families in Budmerice
A Trnava development group plans to create a residential area in Budmerice, Slovakia, accommodating 110 families with various types of housing.
Púpava Development, a Trnava-based development group, is expanding its operations into Budmerice, a small municipality in western Slovakia with a population of approximately 2,500. Previously focusing on larger municipalities like Bernolákovo, the group is now targeting Budmerice for a new residential project.
This new development is set to include 27 two-story duplexes, four single-story family homes, and three three-story apartment buildings, resulting in a total of 52 apartment units. The project will ultimately provide housing for 110 families, signifying an important step in addressing the growing housing demand in the area.
The move into Budmerice reflects a broader trend of developers looking to suburban and rural areas for new projects, particularly in regions experiencing population growth. As smaller municipalities begin to attract more residents, the implications of such developments may reshape local communities, economies, and infrastructure needs.
