According to data from 'Sodros', the GMP service employed around 2,770 workers in January 2026, highlighting its position as one of the major employers in Lithuania. This service was among the top employers offering competitive salaries as the financial landscape in the region continues to evolve. Danske Bank's Lithuanian branch ranked second, with a median salary of €3,430 reported for January, reflecting a 9.5% increase year-on-year and indicating a strong demand for skilled labor in the banking sector.

Another notable change in the employer rankings was observed with Energijos skirstymo operatorius (ESO), which moved up from seventh to third place in terms of median salary. Their reported median salary rose to €3,100 in January, up significantly from €2,710 in December, marking a notable annual increase of 7.1%. Additionally, Klaipėdos universiteto ligoninė, ranking fourth, also witnessed an increase in its median salary to €3,040, an increase of 13.6% year-on-year.
