TM employees received bonuses and cash awards worth more than 330,000 euros last year

Last year, employees of the Ministry of Justice in Latvia were awarded bonuses and cash prizes totaling 333,797 euros, as reported by Justice Minister Inese Lībiņa-Egnere.

In Latvia, the Ministry of Justice (TM) disbursed a total of 333,797 euros in bonuses and cash prizes to its employees last year. Justice Minister Inese Lībiņa-Egnere highlighted this figure in an interview with the LETA news agency, indicating that 14 employees received additional cash awards for their substantial contributions towards achieving the ministry's strategic goals, amounting to 16,241 euros. During the annual performance review, a total of 183 employees were evaluated, with those receiving positive assessments awarded bonuses ranging from 55% to 75% of their base salary, cumulatively surpassing 317,556 euros in total.
