A graduate of Chung-Ang University, Park earned his master's degree in electronic engineering from the same institution and completed his PhD in computer engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. After serving as a senior researcher at the Korea Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, Park was appointed as a professor at Chung-Ang University in 1999. His extensive experience in various key administrative roles has significantly contributed to strengthening the university’s educational and research capabilities.
