Dr. Suraj Kukadia, known as Dr. Sooj, has issued a strong warning against a common pitfall faced by those recovering from physical injuries. In a message shared via TikTok, he cautioned against the temptation to abandon rehabilitation exercises once individuals feel they have fully recovered. He explained that while soft tissues, muscles, tendons, and ligaments may appear fine after rehabilitation, they are actually still in the healing process which requires ongoing care.
