The Greek Defense Material Manufacturers Association (SEKPY) recently completed the elections for its new Board of Directors, signaling a new era of renewal and strategic orientation for the Greek defense industry. SEKPY, a non-profit association founded in 1982, boasts over 40 years of dynamic presence in the defense sector and comprises more than 320 member companies in defense and security, both state-owned and private.

Following the elections, the new administrative body has been constituted as follows: President Tasos Rozolis from AKMON A.E., Vice President Sotirios Kokkinos from FEAC ENGINEERING P.C., General Secretary Evangelia Attart from GLASSART A.E., Treasurer Nikolaos Sfyris from V.I.M.A A.E., and several other members representing leading companies in the defense industry. This reshuffling of leadership aims to enhance cooperation among member companies and align strategic goals to strengthen the Greek defense sector.

The formation of a new board is not only important for internal governance but also plays a significant role in shaping policies and strategic initiatives within the defense landscape.
