Emergency services were promptly alerted, and teams from the Fire Department initiated search operations that continued into the early hours of Monday, October 23. Despite their efforts, the body of the victim was recovered around 3 AM, tragically confirming the worst. As the investigation remains ongoing, the body will be sent to the Medical Legal Institute in Angra dos Reis for necessary examination.
