The Lithuanian Supreme Administrative Court (LAT) has upheld the rulings regarding the bribery case involving Antanas Martusevičius, the former director of Plungė Hospital. Martusevičius received a fine of €35,000 for his actions, alongside a confiscation of property valued at €300 and a three-year ban from holding any positions in state or municipal institutions. Also penalized in this case was L. Miltenienė, who was fined €14,700, corresponding to the amount of bribe involved, and had €700 in property confiscated.
