Dongduk Women's University has been selected for the second consecutive year as an operating institution for the 2026 Overseas Work Experience Support Project (WELL) organized by the Korea Industrial Personnel Corporation.
Dongduk Women's University, led by President Kim Myung-ae, has achieved recognition for the second consecutive year by being selected as the operating institution for the '2026 Overseas Work Experience Support Project (WELL)' organized by the Korea Industrial Personnel Corporation. This program aims to provide youth with opportunities for overseas work experience and job training, acting as a ladder for career development. The structured program includes pre-training, on-site experience, and post-management, emphasizing continuous support rather than a one-off experience.
The university plans to select 16 participants for the upcoming project and will operate a practical overseas work experience program in Australia in connection with local companies and institutions. The jobs available will focus on practical areas such as marketing, international sales, accounting, management support, content creation, and design. The aim is to ensure that the overseas experiences ultimately lead to tangible employment outcomes for the participants.
President Kim Myung-ae expressed her pride in the university’s continuous selection for the program and emphasized the goal of providing systematic support to transform the practical experiences gained by students abroad into career success. The initiative is expected not only to provide opportunities for overseas work experience but also to contribute to enhancing global employment capabilities and international competitiveness among participating youth.
