POMIDA: Update in 10 cities on all changes and developments regarding real estate

POMIDA is organizing a series of informational events across ten cities in Greece to discuss changes related to real estate, inviting various professionals in the field.

From March 2 to March 7, 2026, POMIDA will hold a series of information sessions in ten cities across Macedonia, Thrace, and Thessaly to inform property owners and industry professionals about recent changes in real estate laws and practices. These events will be supported by local POMIDA members, associations, and publishers, emphasizing the importance of staying updated in the real estate market.

The central speaker at the events will be the president of POMIDA, lawyer A.P. Stratos Paradias. Additionally, the new book "I Buy a House" by Stratos Paradias and Ilias Papageorgiadis will be presented, featuring a preface by the Governor of the Bank of Greece, Giannis Stournaras. This highlights a significant synergy between legal insights and practical advice in real estate investments.

The program includes specific dates and locations, starting with a meeting in Veria on March 2, followed by an assembly in Thessaloniki.
