The Federal District will hold a concentrated vaccination effort for children and adults on Saturday with numerous vaccination points across the city.

On Saturday, the Federal District of Brazil will implement a concentrated vaccination effort for both children and adults, setting up nearly 50 vaccination points across the capital. This initiative includes basic health units (UBSs), mobile vaccination units, and local health teams to cater to residents. The vaccination effort aims to enhance community immunization by making it easily accessible to people of all ages.

Health authorities have listed several locations for the vaccination points, including specific neighborhoods such as Guará, where vaccinations will take place at Rua de Lazer, and São Sebastião at Praça do Reggae, each with designated operating hours. A mobile vaccination unit will also be stationed in the rural area of Boa Esperança in Ceilândia, expanding the reach of this vaccination campaign. Alongside these mobile efforts, 46 UBSs will remain open to administer vaccines, emphasizing the commitment to public health.

Residents are advised to bring valid identification and, if possible, their vaccination card to help streamline the process. Those who no longer have their vaccination card will still receive assistance as health professionals can access patient records online. This initiative demonstrates the local government's proactive approach to public health amid ongoing efforts to ensure the population is immunized efficiently and effectively, especially benefiting children and those who may have fallen behind on vaccinations.
