According to the Military Police, the motorcyclists had engaged in risky maneuvers, endangering pedestrians and other drivers. They were observed performing stunts such as wheelies, rapid accelerations, and skidding on public roads, which raised safety concerns among the local community.

The situation escalated when the police received information about the group's reckless behavior, which had been ongoing for approximately two hours. Witnesses reported that some of the motorcycles might have tampered exhuasts and unauthorized modifications, further complicating the matter. Upon arrival, police patrol units caught five motorcyclists in the midst of their dangerous activities. Despite orders to stop, the riders attempted to flee, prompting police to intercept them for public safety.

In addition to the initial arrests, two more motorcyclists were identified for similar offenses while trying to escape into a nearby wooded area, where they hid their motorcycles.
