Telia has announced the conclusion of its restructuring negotiations which commenced in January, resulting in the termination of 168 positions within its Finnish operations. The negotiations impacted a total of approximately 2,000 positions. Ultimately, there will be a net reduction of 168 positions, as 251 jobs will be eliminated while 83 new positions are introduced. These changes are set to take effect in March.

The restructuring is a part of Telia's strategy to streamline its organization and enhance its growth prospects in Finland.
