In Guayaquil, flooding has been observed on Avenida Quito near the Capwell Stadium and along Avenida Pedro Menéndez Gilbert, specifically in the service lane close to the general cemetery's gate 10. Similarly affected areas in Durán include Ciudadela El Recreo's fourth stage, while roads in Yaguachi and Milagro have also reported severe flooding.
