Ildar 'Scar' Galiyev, who has been extradited from Greece, is described as one of Sweden's most notorious violent offenders, suspected of masterminding various murders and bomb attacks. He is specifically linked to the criminal Dalennätverket as a hitman. Among the violent incidents attributed to him is the shooting of an 18-year-old man at a sports ground in Fruängen, southern Stockholm, on September 27, 2023, which occurred in the presence of several children. Shortly afterwards, a microwave oven filled with 13 kilos of dynamite was left between two houses in Fullerö, outside Uppsala, targeting a relative of gang leader Rawa Majid; tragically, a 24-year-old woman in a neighboring house was severely injured and later died from her injuries.
