Ildar Galiyev, infamously known as 'Scar', is a leading figure of the Dalen network, known for his significant criminal activities. After spending 20 months in a Greek prison, he has been extradited to Sweden where he faces serious charges, including over 20 counts of severe crimes for which he has been in absentia arrested.
