This situation emerged during the auspicious day of Shivratri, sparking immediate response from the Biserk police, who were alerted as residents of the Supertech Ecovillage-3, Royal Court, and Himalaya Pride Society began to exhibit severe health issues. As a result, these individuals required hospitalization, which prompted a swift investigation into the food sources they had consumed.

In response to the crisis, the Biserk police coordinated with the food department to undertake joint action against the vendor. A formal complaint was lodged under the Food Safety and Standards Act of 2006 based on the food safety officer's report. This led to an extensive inspection of several stores within the residential areas, where samples were taken for testing. The investigation revealed discrepancies in food safety standards at the Royal Court Society, highlighting the importance of regulatory compliance in food preparation and sale, especially during sensitive cultural periods when communities are more vulnerable due to dietary restrictions.
