A tornado was formed in the rural area of Encruzilhada do Sul, in Brazil's Rio Grande do Sul state, on the evening of Sunday, October 15. The tornado was observed around 6:35 PM and was recorded by local resident Maria Suzeti Angeloni Casteller, who noticed dark, low clouds that preceded the phenomenon.
