A new residential and business quarter at the Admiralty Basin in Tallinn has received a building permit
A new development named Talsinki at Tallinn's Admiralty Basin has been granted a building permit, aiming for completion in stages between 2028 and 2029.
The newly approved project, Talsinki, will feature 138 apartments and more than 32,000 square meters of rentable space, establishing a hub for smart capital and international business with SEB Bank as one of its main tenants. Developer Urmas Sõõrumaa's company, US Real Estate, emphasizes the creation of a vibrant urban space that combines residential and business functionalities, aiming to contribute positively to Tallinn's cityscape.
Sõõrumaa highlighted the architectural and urban planning efforts behind Talsinki, which is designed to promote a modern and comfortable lifestyle. The project will also incorporate underground parking solutions with two levels and approximately 400 parking spaces, all within a car-free urban environment, which aligns with contemporary urban development trends focusing on sustainability and accessibility.
Completion of Talsinki is scheduled in phases between 2028 and 2029, and it aims to redefine the area as a modern urban space while creating a distinct identity and ambition for the neighborhood. The development indicates a growing trend in Tallinn towards integrating living, working, and recreational areas, fostering a dynamic community atmosphere.
