Nigeria and Angola have formalized a visa exemption agreement for holders of diplomatic and official/service passports, aiming to bolster bilateral relations and simplify official travel between the two nations. The signing of this agreement took place during the 39th Ordinary Session of the Heads of State and Government of the African Union held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, highlighting the importance of this collaboration within the larger African context.
