In a significant operation against organized crime, the Delhi Police Crime Branch has arrested Kuldeep Singh, the mastermind and main shooter of the Kaushal Chaudhary Gang. Singh was reportedly in the process of plotting the murder of a businessman based in Burari. He was apprehended near an under-construction market in Dwarka Sector-17 while preparing to execute the crime on a scooter. When the police team approached him, he attempted to flee but was successfully surrounded and captured.

During the arrest, law enforcement officials recovered an automatic pistol, a loaded pistol, and five live cartridges from Singh's possession. This incident has been registered at the Crime Branch police station. Furthermore, the scooter Singh was riding was found to be linked to a theft case registered at the Muradnagar police station in Uttar Pradesh, indicating a broader network of crime across state lines.

The investigation revealed that gangsters based abroad, such as Pawan Shokhin and Gurdeep, had activated their network in Delhi to orchestrate the murder plot. According to police statements, there are concerns about a rise in organized crime activities involving international links, underscoring the evolving challenges faced by law enforcement in curbing gang-related violence and ensuring public safety in the capital city.
