Family shattered in one blow! Uncle and nephew die a painful death in collision with unidentified vehicle

A tragic road accident in Balrampur district of Uttar Pradesh resulted in the death of a 40-year-old man and his 35-year-old nephew after being struck by a fast vehicle.

In the Balrampur district of Uttar Pradesh, a devastating road accident claimed the lives of Sunil Mani Tripathi, aged 40, and his nephew Nitish Kumar Pandey, aged 35. According to local police, the two were tragically crushed by an unidentified speeding vehicle late on Friday night near the village of Devalha. They had gone to the village to deliver a religious book, and whilst returning, were waiting for a lift when the accident occurred.

The deceased were at the village as Sunil was delivering a religious book to his father, who was conducting a 'Bhagwat Katha' ceremony. After handing over the book, both uncle and nephew were waiting for transportation back home when an unidentified vehicle struck them. The impact of the collision was severe, leading to their immediate death on the spot, confirmed Harish Singh, the station officer.

In the aftermath of this tragic incident, local authorities are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident, including reviewing CCTV footage to identify the vehicle responsible.
