In Fervedouro, Brazil, authorities uncovered an extensive marijuana plantation covering approximately one thousand square meters in the rural area of Córrego Ribeirão do Jorge. The discovery was made after police received an anonymous tip-off about illicit drug cultivation on Friday the 13th. Upon inspection, the Military Police confirmed the presence of the extensive cannabis crops, though the exact number of plants has not been disclosed.

During the operation, the police also located weapons believed to be used for securing the plantation. The seized materials included a rifle with a magazine, a .32 caliber revolver, and six .32 caliber cartridges.
