The sale includes two buildings: the ski service center totaling 773 square meters and a 26.6 square meter pump house. This property is situated on a 6.3-hectare plot leased from the State Nature Conservation Agency until 2028, and the agency is open to negotiating a new lease with the future owner. Additionally, the sale includes significant movable assets related to the ski slope infrastructure, such as two ski lifts, snow blowers, water pumps, and other technical installations.
