He noted that during the previous event, a sound truck was halted for over an hour, which exacerbated the situation. Additionally, to facilitate the movement of revelers, the barriers in Praça Roosevelt are set to be removed, allowing for smoother crowd dispersal in case of overcapacity during future celebrations.
