A worker in Brazil fell from a height of four meters while working on a construction site and was rescued by firefighters.
A 34-year-old worker was rescued on Thursday, October 12, after falling from a four-meter height while working on the roof of a construction site in Cáceres, located 250 km from Cuiabá, Brazil. Emergency services were alerted around 4 PM, and firefighters arrived promptly to address the situation. Upon examination, the worker was found to be suffering from cervical and hip pain due to the fall. To ensure his safety during the rescue, firefighters used a stretcher to immobilize him before carefully transporting him from the scene to avoid further injury.
The injured worker was taken to the Regional Hospital of Cáceres for further medical treatment. This incident highlights the critical importance of safety measures and the use of proper protective equipment in construction work, as failures in these areas can lead to severe injuries and place workers' lives at risk.
