A dog was rescued by firefighters in Itaúna, Brazil, after getting stuck on scaffolding six meters high while exploring a construction site.

In Itaúna, Brazil, a dog found itself in a precarious situation after climbing onto scaffolding at a height of six meters. The incident occurred on Sunday when the animal squeezed through a window of a building under construction. Unfortunately, it became stranded on the scaffolding, unable to return to the inside of the building, prompting the local fire department to respond to the rescue call.

Firefighters devised a plan to safely retrieve the dog by accessing the top of the building and descending via ropes to reach the platform where the dog was trapped. They initially attempted to operate an elevator to lower the dog, but found it nonfunctional. With no other options, the team secured the dog with a rope and brought it safely down to the ground. Fortunately, the animal was found to be unharmed but was notably dehydrated from its ordeal.

After the successful rescue, firefighters provided the dog with water, ensuring it was safe and comfortable before leaving it in a secure location.
