Mr. Opare Addo remarked that the newly created Ministry of Youth Development and Empowerment was intended to focus specifically on youth issues that were previously dispersed across various ministries, such as education and sports. This focused approach aims to prioritize youth development in a more intentional manner than has been done historically, ensuring that the needs of young people are adequately addressed in policy-making and resource allocation.
