The Estonian parliament's mental health support group, led by members Vilja Toomast and Kaire Talviste, hosted the third conference focused on the issue of sexual violence against boys. The event aims to raise awareness and provide a platform for discussions regarding the prevalence and impact of sexual abuse experienced by boys. Organizers expressed a desire for both victims and those who support them to attend, fostering an environment of openness and support.

One of the primary goals of the conference is to empower sexually abused boys and men to seek help, highlighting the critical need for acknowledgment and support in such cases. In addition to the existing seven support groups already in place, the organizers announced plans to establish a new support group exclusively for men, aiming to provide tailored resources and companionship for male victims of sexual abuse.
