In 2025, the total business turnover in Greece reached 492.062 billion euros, reflecting a growth of 1.6% compared to the 484.461 billion euros recorded in 2024. This data was released by the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT), indicating a positive trend in several sectors of the economy. Examining the business turnover in the fourth quarter of 2025, ELSTAT reported a total of 129.441 billion euros, which represents a 1.4% increase from the previous year's fourth quarter, where the total turnover was 127.629 billion euros. The education sector distinguished itself once again by showcasing a remarkable growth, with a 15.6% increase in turnover in this quarter. However, the real estate management sector faced challenges, reporting a decline of 9.3%, highlighting the disparate performance across various industries within the same time frame.
