The 'Sou Legal' block organized by the Association of Parents and Friends of Exceptional People (Apae) will take place on Friday, the 13th, at Praça Dom Malan in downtown Petrolina. This traditional carnival block aims to promote inclusion and celebrate diversity, expecting to gather over 300 participants. This year’s carnival block will feature vibrant music from local entertainers such as Frevuca and the Orquestra do Bolinha, ensuring that the atmosphere is lively and joyful. As part of the effort to ensure accessibility, the Pernambuco state government's 'Pernambuco Conduz' project will provide transportation for interested wheelchair users, highlighting a commitment to making the event as inclusive as possible.
