On February 24, 2023, a powerful concert titled "Help Bring the Defenders of Ukraine from Death" will be held at the Latvian National Opera, uniting more than 130 artists from various music genres, including symphonic, choral, and popular music. The event is organized by the fund "Entrepreneurs for Peace" in collaboration with the Latvian National Opera and Ballet and technology partner Tet. The concert aims to raise awareness and support for Ukraine amidst the ongoing conflict in the region.
The concert will also be broadcast live on the television channel 360TV and the Delfi portal, allowing people in Latvia and beyond to participate in the cause. The program will feature a mix of symphonic, academic, choral, and popular music performances, interspersed with documentary video stories about the harsh realities of war and the experiences of people in Ukraine. Notable participants include renowned singers like Artūrs Čukurs and Aleksandrs Antoņenko, alongside the mixed choir "Maska", various instrumentalists, and even hip-hop artists.
