In a tragic event, the body of a missing trans youth named Jhonata, also known by her social name 'Manu', was found in Coqueiro Seco, a municipality in the metropolitan region of Maceió, Brazil. The discovery was made by her father, who, during his search, stumbled upon the head of his daughter on Wednesday, the 11th. Jhonata had been reported missing since Saturday, the 7th, with her family and friends actively participating in the search efforts. Following the initial discovery, emergency services were able to locate the rest of Jhonata's body approximately 200 meters down a steep slope in the Fazenda das Flores area.
