Action plan released for 10th-12th Gujarat board exams, starting from February 26
The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has released an action plan for the forthcoming 10th and 12th board examinations starting on February 26, with a total of 15.27 lakh students registered.
The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has officially announced its action plan for the upcoming board examinations for 10th and 12th grades, which are set to commence on February 26th. This year, a total of 15.27 lakh students have registered for the exams, indicating an increase of 97,000 compared to last year. The examinations are scheduled to be completed by March 18.
For the 10th-grade examinations, a staggering 9,07,175 students have registered, with the tests being organized across 1006 examination centers located in 87 zones throughout the state. Meanwhile, for the 12th-grade board examinations, 1,19,263 students in the Science stream and 5,01,286 students in the Commerce stream have registered. The Science exams will be conducted at 156 centers, and the Commerce exams will take place at 539 centers.
Additionally, the board has made provisions for students with disabilities, with 4,877 students registered for the 10th-grade exams and 2,293 and 193 for the Commerce and Science streams of the 12th grade, respectively. Overall, this yearโs planning indicates a well-structured approach by the Gujarat Board to ensure a smooth examination process for all registered students.
