During his announcement, Han stated that the success of Gyeonggi Province is critical to the success of Lee Jae-myung's government, which he believes is essential for the prosperity of South Korea and its citizens.

In his speech at the National Assembly, Han outlined his vision for Gyeonggi Province, stating that what the province needs now is action and responsibility rather than hesitation and mere plans. He addressed the controversy surrounding the relocation of the Yongin Semiconductor National Industrial Complex, firmly standing against claims that the distribution of national strategic industries among regions turns industrial policy into a political bargaining chip. He reiterated that the decision to pursue development in Yongin must remain unchanged.

Additionally, Han introduced a series of initiatives under the 'P10 Project,' aimed at creating ten self-sufficient innovation hubs based on local specialized industries such as AI, semiconductors, biotechnology, future cars, and content. He also proposed infrastructure improvements, including the construction of the GTX-Ring, a high-speed rail system connecting Gyeonggi regions, and plans for transportation accessibility centered around workplaces and innovation hotspots. Following his announcement, he began his official campaign activities with the launch of the Member Meeting to promote the cancellation of prosecution charges against President Lee Jae-myung.
