The service starts on Thursday, February 12, coinciding with the commencement of the carnival in the city. For drivers who park at the city hall, a complimentary shuttle van service will transport them to the Rua do Observatório, approximately 1.1 kilometers from the parking facility. This service is designed to enhance the mobility of carnival attendees and reduce congestion in the surrounding areas.

The municipal administration emphasizes that access to these parking facilities and shuttle services will be free; however, personnel from the Secretary of Social Assistance and Fight Against Hunger (SAS) will be present to assist attendees and ensure a smooth experience for all festival-goers.
