According to Raimo Saadi, the head of Tallinn's social and health services department, there has been an encouraging trend of openings in the social sector lately, reflecting a significant investment by the city in modern and supportive environments for residents. Saadi noted recent openings include a social housing unit with a soup kitchen in Lasnamäe and family services facilities, highlighting the city's focus on enhancing social infrastructure.
