The Greek Ministry of Education, Religion and Sports has released the results of the State Language Proficiency Certificate exams for the second period of 2025, covering language levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. These exams were conducted in November 2025 across six languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Turkish. A total of 5,085 candidates registered for the exams, demonstrating a slight increase from the previous year, where 4,951 candidates took part. This year's total successful candidates numbered 4,635, up from 4,481 in 2024, indicating a growing interest and success rate in language proficiency certifications among the Greek populace.
