During a recent event co-hosted by the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Greece's Competitiveness Council, Digital Governance Minister Dimitris Papastergiou highlighted Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a significant strategic opportunity for Greece. Central to the event was the presentation of findings from a survey conducted on 355 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) regarding their perceptions of AI. This research explored the readiness of domestic businesses to adopt AI technologies, the forms of applications they foresee, and the opportunities for growth that AI presents. It also addressed the challenges these Greek businesses face in implementing AI solutions effectively.
