Residents in the Jardim Primavera area, located in the northern part of the city, experienced worsening conditions due to the overflow from a local lagoon, which contributed to the flooding. By approximately 8 a.m., the Urban Mobility Secretariat of Natal reported at least 15 flood points throughout the capital, five of which were deemed impassable. These included critical areas such as Rua Almino Afonso and Av. Solange Nunes, which were completely underwater.
