The General Prosecutor's Office of Lithuania announced on Wednesday that the Panevėžys District Prosecutor has filed a civil action in the Utena District Court against Dalia Štraupaitė, a member of the Visaginas city council, in efforts to recover €11,918 in favor of the municipality.
