The authorities in Manaus have officially scheduled the inauguration of the Hemoam Blood Hospital for February 28, with the start of medical services projected for March 1. This decision was made during a meeting held at the headquarters of the Tribunal de Contas do Amazonas (TCE-AM) on February 10, attended by representatives from various governmental bodies including the State Health Department and the Assembly of the State of Amazonas.
The meeting, convened by TCE-AM president Yara Lins at the request of state deputy Wilker Barreto from the Citizenship party, aimed to ensure alignment and oversight regarding the hospital's operational status. The Hemoam Blood Hospital is considered crucial for the local health network, providing essential services that will enhance healthcare delivery in the region.
