The temperatures will hover between -2 to -7 degrees Celsius, with southern Lithuania seeing a slight warming to around 1 to 2 degrees Celsius. On Thursday, light snowfall and freezing rain will persist, with variable winds and temperatures expected between -2 to 7 degrees Celsius overnight.
Friday will bring continued precipitation, likely including sleet and wet snow, with fluctuating winds. Nighttime temperatures are predicted to range from -4 degrees Celsius to 1 degree Celsius, with northern regions experiencing colder temperatures between -5 to -7 degrees Celsius. Preparations for colder weather are advised as temperatures are expected to drop significantly over the weekend, leading into a freeze after the brief thaw period.
