LEA: One supplier increased electricity tariffs per week

A survey indicated that one independent supplier raised electricity tariffs by up to 1% in certain fixed price plans, while another supplier kept their rates unchanged.

According to the report from the Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA), within the reviewed period, one independent supplier has increased the electricity tariffs for the proposed 12 and 24-month fixed price plans by up to 1%. Meanwhile, another supplier did not change their rates. The average price per kilowatt-hour (kWh) for the 12-month fixed price plans increased slightly, from 0.273 to 0.274 euros in one time zone, and from 0.263 to 0.264 euros in two time zones. For the 24-month fixed price plans, the rate also saw a minor increase from 0.276 to 0.277 euros in one time zone, and from 0.266 to 0.267 euros in two time zones.
