Opened the exhibition of creative works "Light of Angels. Angel as a Form of Light"

A new exhibition showcasing student works centered on the theme of angels as forms of light opened, highlighting creativity within the context of interior design studies.

The exhibition "Light of Angels. Angel as a Form of Light" has opened, presenting creative works by students from the Interior Design program. The director, Dr. Žymantė Jankauskienė, expressed her satisfaction with the students' creativity in realizing their semester project. It was emphasized that the Studies and Research Resources Center is now a space for exhibitions, welcoming creative endeavors from both faculty and students of VIKO.

During the opening, Dr. J. Daveikas highlighted that this exhibition features the students' works developed in the Interior Equipment Design course. Each lamp displayed in the exhibition is the result of a comprehensive design process, which includes conceptual reflections and the translation of ideas into actual objects. The students not only conceptualized but also handcrafted their pieces, confronting real technological, structural, and lighting control challenges throughout the process.

This exhibition not only showcases the students' creativity but also represents an important educational opportunity, providing them with practical experience in design and production. It emphasizes the role of academic environments in enabling students to engage with real-world applications of their studies and the importance of incorporating innovative approaches within the realm of modern design.
