Fortunately, the driver managed to evade the attempt, and importantly, Vice Prefect Díaz was not traveling in the affected vehicle. Governor Lara emphasized that the vice-prefect was not involved in the situation, supported by the testimony of a security chief who provided information to the police regarding the incident.
