A 46-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman were arrested on the suspicion of stealing 16 cell phones during the pre-carnival event called Furdunço in Salvador, Brazil, on Saturday, February 7. The arrest took place near the iconic Farol da Barra after one victim reported the crime and recognized the suspects. Local law enforcement was notified and subsequently apprehended the couple.
