While there are currently no reports of displaced individuals, the local administration has taken preventative measures by opening a Safe Point at the Municipal School Prof.ª Nair Ribeiro de Almeida in Juquehy. This facility is designed to shelter residents, especially those living in high-risk areas, who wish to wait out the flooding in a safe environment.
