The 34th edition of the 'Giornate del FAI di Primavera' has concluded, witnessing a remarkable turnout of 540,000 visitors in Italy, particularly highlighting the Lombardy region which saw an impressive increase in public engagement. Over the weekend, visitors were able to access 780 cultural, historical, and natural sites across 400 cities, many of which are lesser-known or typically inaccessible, thus bringing attention to local heritage and arts. The events were carried out with the support of 7,500 volunteers and 17,000 trained students, known as 'Apprendisti Ciceroni', who guided visitors through the sites and shared stories about the historical importance of the locations.
