The decrease is particularly notable when compared to electricity prices in neighboring countries, where averages can vary widely. In Lithuania, for instance, the average electricity price on Sunday is projected to be significantly higher at €34.15, which is 117% more than in Estonia. Latvia's price sits in between, at €24.59, roughly 56% higher than Estonia's, indicating a regional disparity in electricity costs.
